Sherri Simpson, the founder of Simpson Law Group, has almost thirty years experience in chapters 7, 13 and 11 bankruptcy cases and is one of the few attorneys who other attorneys refer difficult cases to. She is experienced in litigation in the bankruptcy courts and in filing bankruptcy appeals to the district courts.

Sherri Simpson also has over 30 years experience in foreclosure defense and mortgage litigation using RESPA, TILA, FDCPA and other federal and state statutes and is one of the few attorneys who truly understands the law and regularly uses it.
